Selling Our Home


      Early in January we received a post card from Ron and Gayla Brown advertising a house in our block for sale. The card also invited a phone call if we were interested in selling. We placed our house on the market on Feb.8, 2012. Gayla developed a beautiful portfolio of information about sales of the Cameron model in 2011. This portfolio enabled us to arrive at a reasonable starting price. The Browns were friendly, knowledgeable, cooperative and enthusiastic. Because it was an owner-occupied house, some adjustments for showing had to be modified to retain some normal, everyday living. The flyers were attractive and provocative, which prompted numerous showings. A transaction was completed on April 23,2012, just 77 days from the original listing. We enjoyed working with them as their sincerity and guidance was evident throughout the process. We would recommend listing with them.

Service above and beyond


My wife and I recently moved to an assisted living center. We chose Ron and Gayla Brown to sell our home. They provided excellent service and assisted us in may ways in preparing the home to sell.  Gayla did staging with our furnishings plus a few accessories which gave the home great eye appeal.   We had many positive comments on showings and successfully completed a transaction. They were there informing and guiding us through every detail of the process.  We were pleased to be kept in the loop of what was happening, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

I was not in the area during the sale of my home -- all communication was long distance.  Gayla and Ron kept me informed every step of the way.
 
Gayla and Ron worked above and beyond in the sale of my house.  They didn't just list the home.  They were very active in getting it sold -- handling the inspections, scheduling the work that had to be completed before closing, etc.  They were upfront and active in their communication with me.  I thought we had a good working relationship.  This house had been listed a number of times -- and that was it -- listed.  Gayla and Ron listed the house AND, most importantly -- sold it!  They are the best agents I have worked with on either side of the country.
